Pilates Co-op Brooklyn offers Small Group Classes and Private Lessons in a warm, welcoming environment. We are a boutique studio that focuses on Results-Oriented Pilates. All of our students learn the principles of the classical Pilates method while our intermediate students have the option of learning the Pilates Co-op Method which combines the principles of classical Pilates with the graceful movements and endurance from ballet in a very rigorous and challenging way to create a long, lean, elegant body. Doing the Pilates Co-op Method 3-5 times per week in combination with calorie-burning cardio exercise will yield amazing results. You will get definition in all the right places: toned arms, flat abs, lifted bottom, slim thighs, improved posture and amazing confidence. Our experienced, certified instructors guide you along the way, keeping students working toward their personal fitness goals.

GETTING STARTED

I would like to add Pilates to my current workout regiment one to two times per week. Check out our Tower Class Schedule then call the studio with the specific days and times that you would like to come and we will accommodate you according to space availability. In your first class our teachers will evaluate you and guide you toward classes and/or private lessons that suit your needs. 

I’ve been doing Pilates for a while and I’m interested in how the Co-op Method can change my body. The Co-op Method is a combination of Tower Classes, Open Gym Classes and Creative Cardio Classes that require a commitment of 3-5 times per week. This is a Results-Oriented Program that involves both student and teacher dedication therefore a minimum of 3 months is required to secure your spot.
